PURSUANT to Ordinance 8 (3) of the Council's Code ot Oidinances. notice is hereby given that an applicaticn has been received from the Metropolitan Highland Pipe Band of Christchurch, Inc., for permission to use the dwelling-house at 94 Falsgrave street as band rooms The application, if approved. Will be subject to the following conditions: (1) Band practice being restricted to one evening a week (not later than 10 p.m.) and to Sunday mornings. (2) Tlie building being used for the Band's activities only. (3) No annoyance In any manner being cat sed to owners or occupiers of adjoining properties. Any person wishing to make representations against the above proposal must lodge them in writ ng with the undersigned not later than NOON on FRIDAY.
