Protest By Cuba

Cuba has sent a note to Washington protesting against the freezing ot Cuban assets in the United States and the banning of financial transactions with the Caribbean country, Havana Radio said. The United States action, taken earlier this month, was the latest move aimed »t isolating the Cuban economy.
