Neill, Cropper Holdings. Ltd., Auckland merchant, will ask holders of the unsecured convertible notes to agree to an alteration in the trust deed, aimed at allowing the company more latitude in arranging temporary financial accommodation. Because of the buoyant conditions in the company’s import trade, substantial temporary fluctuations in liabilities occur through heavy shipments arriving over a short period, directors say in a letter to note holders.
