NO SIGN OF BODIES
Lake Ellesmere
Tragedy
No trace of the bodies of the three persons drowned in Lake Ellesmere during the week-end was found by police search parties yesterday.
Those drowned were Swinton James Teale; his son George, aged 12; and Keith Murray Bateman, aged 13. all of Ashburton.
The search will continue today under the direction of Constable A Wilson, of Beesten. It is probable that jet boats will be used.
