Medical Help For Hong Kong
, (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, July 22. New Zealand J&ycees have begun to raise money to put a medical supply junk on Hong Kong Harbour. This will form part of a scheme known as Project Concern, Incorporated, founded by an American, Dr. James W. Turpin. Dr. Turpin gave up practice last year and with his wife and family went to Hong Kong to outfit and maintain a junk giving medical services to 200,000 boat dwellers. New Zealand Jaycees, at a cost of £2900, will outfit another junk with dental and X-ray equipment.
