Witnesses Sought
The police are seeking witnesses to a collision between two cars in Mooraouse avenue, near the intersection of Fitzgerald avenue. about 1110 p.m. on Thursday. July
Mr A. Gorton was driving his car west alont Moorhouse avenue when it vas struck by a car travelling east. The car, thought to be a 1954 Hillman, painted white, with rough paintwork and patches of red on the bonnet and root did not stop. The car caused about £3O worth of dymege to Mr Gorton’s car. The offending nr would be damaged ’own the right-hand. side. Any person seeing the accident or knowing of a damjlged car answering the one 'described, is asked to get in touch with the motor accident inquiries branch at the Central Police Station.
