Brian Curvis. of Wales, the British and Empire welterweight boxing championknocked out Maurice Auzel (France) in the eighth round qf their scheduled 10-round fight in London last night Curvis was booed by some spectators at the start and finish of an all-action fight. A part of the crowd backed Auzet's protests over the decisive punch.
Auzel grimaced and held the back of his neck as he was counted out
