Teams leading in egg production at the end of the third month of the New Zealand Utility Poultry Club’s laying trial are:
Six-Bird Teams.—Australorps: E. G. Wood (Leeston), 474 eggs. White Leghorns: R G. Thom (Christchurch), 472 .eggs. Any other variety: Miss M. Barker (Geraldine), Rhode Island Red, 441 eggs. " Twenty-Bird Teams. —Australorps: W. A. McClatchy (Kaiiaiwi), 1362 eggs. White Leghorns: Mrs A. Christianson (Timaru), 1177 eggs.
