PUBLIC NOTICES CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL LAYING OFF OF UNDERWIDTH STREET (TE RAMA PLACE) IT IS HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that the Christchurch City Council, at a Special Meeting held in the City Council Chamber, 194 Manchester street. Christchurch, at 8.35 p.m. on Wednesday, the 22nd day of May, 1963. passed the following resolutions : “In pursuance of the powers vested in it by Section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954. and amendments thereto, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of special order to permit the laying off of streets off a proposed, street off the north-east side of Bickerton street, tke first street to be laid off in a north-westerly direction at a width for most of .its length of 54 feet throtigh Part Lot 1 D.P. 14819 being Part R.S. 5382 being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 2A Folio 269 and the second street to be laid off in- a southeasterly direction at a width for most of its length of 60 feet through Lot 2 D.P. 14819 being Part R.S. 5382 being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 1C Folio 764 Canterbury Registry “The Christchurch City Council further resolves that these street widths are adequate for present and likely future traffic over these streets. “Subject to the condition that no part of any building shall stand within 15 feet of the south-western and northwestern side lines of the streets and that no part of any building shall stand within a distance varying from nothing to 30 feet to nothing from the north-east side lines of the streets as the land to the north-east of the building I lines on the north-east sides 1 of the streets is zoned InddsI trial B.“ IT IS HEREBY FURTHER (PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that the {foregoing resolutions will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Christchurch City Council to be held in the City Council Chamber, situate as aforesaid at 8 p.m. on June 19, for confirmation as a Specal Order. May 23, 1963. 5962 CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL LAYING OFF OF UNDERWIDTH STREET CONTINUATION OF ROWSES ROAD It is Hereby Publicly Notified that the Christchurch City Council, at a Special Meeting held in the City Council Chamber, 194 Manchester street. Christchurch, at 8.40 p.m. on Wednesday, the twenty-second day of May, 1963, passed the following resolution:— “In pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of special order to permit the laying off of a street, such street being the continuation of Rowses road to the proposed extension of Shortland street at a width for most of its length of 56 feet through Part Lpt 54 L.T. 22733, Part R.S. 4634 being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 1C Folio 596 Canterbury Registry, subject to the condition that no part of any building shall stand within 15 feet of the side lines of the street.” It is hereby further publicly notified that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Christchurch City Council to be held in the City Council Chamber, situate as aforesaid at 8 p.m. on June 19 for confirmation as a Special Order. (f) That the name BROMLEY ROAD be retained between Keighleys and Maces roads (g) That the name KEARNEYS ROAD be retained for the section of street from Pages road to the first right angled bend.
