ROTORUA CITY COUNCIL SPORTSDROME Tenders closing at the office of the undersigned at 4 pm. on Tuesday. 2nd July, 1963 are invited from building contractors for the erection of a new sportsdrome in the government gardens, Rotorua. The buildings comprising a gross area of 40.000 square feet. Include reinforced concrete, pre-stress concrete, structural steel, laminated timber and timber framing. The laminated timber work involves the use of approximately 40,000 super feet of treated pine, including 120 foot span laminated arches.
