LONDON. Bridget Armstrong, the Dunedin actress who has done well in films, theatre, •nd television in the United Kingdom, gave birth to an Blb Soft daughter (Lucy Jane) recently, at Queen Charlotte’s Hospital, London. Miss Armstrong's husband is Terence Bayler, from
Wanganui, who is also well "known in British theatre and television; he is currently playing the role of a French Resistance leader in the television series “Moon Strike." Miss Armstrong says she will return to films and television as soon as possible.
Her mother, Mrs C. C. Armstrong, of Dunedin, is at present visiting her daughter and son-in-law at their Wimbledon home, and keeping to eye on her three-year-old grandson, Michael, while his mother is in hospital.
