ATTACKED VAN
Annoyed By Parking (N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN. June 6. A 54-year-old upholsterer. Frederick Wilson, who attacked his neighbour’s motor-van with an axe yesterday.. pleaded guilty today to a charge of committing wilful damage. Mr J. G. Warrington, S.M.. convicted and fined him £2O. Senior-Sergeant R. M. Schwass said the complainant. Alfred James Culling, parked his van in a right-of-way beside his property Wilson had attacked the vehicle with the axe, breaking both headlights, denting the bonnet, catches. and mudguards and holing the grille. Damage amounted to £32. * For Wilson, Mr A. *J. Dowling saix) the complainant had frequently blocked the right-of-way in the last two years. An order to make good the damage was made.
