Owing to a change In farming policy, the vendor has decided to hold a Dispersal Sale of the Glanest Friesian Stud. The Stud was started about 1950 with purchases from the Studs of Elmwood, Gowanlee and Peveril. Bulls used in the stud Phave been purchased from : Lucernvale. Whlpsnade. and the Willbum Studs Production of the herd has been around the 4001 b of fat and up to 4161 b with no assistance from supplementary feeding. The herd is i milked on peal country which 1 bums off In the summer. Consequently the animals should shift well and could easily increase their production by a further 1001 b of fat.
