The successful applicant should feel confident that he can efficiently develop and expand a business which has a capacity far beyond its present output. Developing new designs in costume and fashion jewellery, in addition to the use of paua shell articles for the Tourist and Souvenir trade is a necessary requirement. Experience is designing and manufacturing special presentation and trophy pieces is also desirable.
