Nrn. Roller 1:1 Bonus
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 31. The Northern Roller Milling Company, Ltd., Auckland, plans a one-for-one bonus share issue.
The issue will be made to shareholders registered on July 11 and will require an increase in capital of £300,000. Recommended annual dividend is 10 per cent., compared with 8 per cent, paid for the last six years. The dividend is payable on July 11, ex June 28.
