LATE-NIGHT FIRE
Heavy Damage To Shops (N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN. May 29. Several thousand pounds worth of damage to each of two George street shops was caused by a midnight blaze: last night. The interiors of L. A.! Doolan. Ltd’s, shoe store and! tlie Excella Cake Kitchen ■ were blackened and drenched after Die three-quarter hour: fire.
