The accounts of Finance and Indemnity, Ltd., Christchurch, for the year ended March 31 show a net profit of £1653, compared with £1346 for the previous year. This is after allowing £7Ol (£517) for tax. The 7$ per cent, dividend requires £l5OO (7 per cent, requiring £l4OO last year) and £l5B (£5) will be carried forward. Paid capital is £20.000, and shareholders’ funds total £20,758 (£20.605).
