Defence Heard In £6000 Claim

Evidence for the defendant, the Fletcher Construction Company, Ltd., was concluded in the Supreme Court today when tbe hearing of a claim by Francis Edward Pratt for £6OOO damages continued before Mr Justice Henry and a jury.
Counsel will address the jury tomorrow morning. The claim arises from injuries received by Pratt at Bluff on July 21. 1960, when some scaffolding which he was helping dismantle for the company allegedly collapsed.
