LEATHER BALL DRESS.—This evening gown is in a soft grained leather and was shown in a recent collection by the Leather Clothing Fair in London. An unusual feature of the dress is a detachable bottom section to the long skirt, which unzips to convert the dress into a short cocktail frock.
