She played In toot matches in New Zealand against the Rowe twin* (England) and Japan, and also played in the world Corbilton Cup matches tn Europe in IM* with another Christchurch player. Mias F. Apart from winning two New Zealand woman's singles titles and several doubles champion-
ships. Mrs Evans won an Australian junior championship, and was runner-up in the open singles final. Mrs Evans won every major event tn the South Island several times.
