Mr C. C. A. McLachlan was ne-elected chairman of the Canterbury-Westland division of the National Party yesterday. \
Other officers elected were: deputy-chairman, Mr E. S F. Holland; treasurer, Mr K A. Gough; Dominion councillors, Mirs A. M. • Vile. Messrs Holland, K. Cordery, R. Harris and E. P. Wills; committee chairmen: organisation, Mr Cordery; policy. Mr Harris; publicity, Mr F. S. Taylor.
