Why not Ministries of Peace Instead of Ministries of War* This question is put by Miss Barbara Dodds (Dunedin), appointed a “roving ambassador" for the Voice of Women in Canada and the United States. “If we had peace ministries throughout the world we could get down to a constructive approach to peace,” she said in Christchurch recently.
