(N.Z J l . A .-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, May 8. The Nigerian chief, Anthony Enahoro tonight won a new extension in his legal battle to avoid extradition to face treason charges. A Home Office spokesman announced steps would be taken before his latest application for a writ of habeas corpus is heard in Court tomorrow.
Meanwhile a Nigerian Government-chartered aircraft stands by at London airport waiting to fly the 38-year-old chief to Lagos.
