Labour Policy On Glassworks

WELLINGTON, April 8. The Labour Party will ask its Parliamentary party to consider whether! the Whangrei glassworks should remain in New Zealand hands. A remit calling for its retention came before the annual conference of the party today, but the policy committee considered it should be passed on because it did not have enough information on the present state of negotiations.
