(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter— Copyright) SANTIAGO (Chile), May 6

Four persons were killed — two infants and the two doctors operating on them —and 12 others gravely injured yesterday in the explosion of an oxygen tube in an operating room. The explosion occurred in the theatre ait the Manuel Arriaran Children’s Hospital, United Press International reported. A fire which broke out after the explosion was quickly quelled. The blaze was confined to the operating room which was badly damaged. The Temuco explosion blew off the roof of the hospital, inaugurated only last February. There was no immediate official explanation for the oxygen explosion in Santiago
