MOTHER’S DEATH
Effect Of Loss Of Child (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. May 7 A mother who lost her small son in a car fire last year died in a car accident herself in January because she had not fully recovered from the tragedy, toe Auckland Coroner, Mr K. A. Snedden, believes Mr Snedden today concluded the Inquest into the death of Mrs Phyllis Dorma Boyd, aged 41, of 90 Konim road, Titirangi He found that she died on January 17 at St Hslier* Bav from drowning when she accidentally drove a car over the cliff while under the influence of alcohol taken when she was in a mentally depressed state. Mr* Boyd lost her three-year-old son Terence, burned to death when fire destroyed a parked car in Ponsonby road. Auckland on September 4. said Mr Snedden. “I believe that In mental condition she had not fullv recovered from the shock o'f this tragedy.” he *a!d
