“Unacceptable Bid”
(N2. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 25. The Stock Exchange Association today received advice from Royds Bros, and Kirk (Southland), Ltd., that the directors have received an unacceptable offer for the company’s shares.
The directors advise shareholders not to sell their shares.
