WELLINGTON, April 25. Holder* of approximately 50 per eent. of me capital of Finance Corporation. Ltd., Wellington have accepted the offer for their share* made by R. A. Brierley Investment, Ltd., also of Wellington. 11116 was announced tonight by Mr R. A. Brierley. The offer, originally conditional on 51 per cent, acceptance, is now unconditional. All the acceptor* so far have elected to take the first oger of 27s fid cash for each share.
