PARIS-BONN TREATY
‘Potsdam Pact Trampled On’
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter— Copyright) MOSCOW, April 16.
The French-German Treaty of Co-operation signed last January "tramples on” the 1945 Potsdam agreement on the demilitarisation of Germany, two Russian international lawyers said in “Sovetskaya Rossie” today. The lawyers. Mr A. Bakhov and Mr I. Shaban. said it also “contradicts” the 50-year British - French Dunkirk Treaty of 1947 "aimed at suppressing the threat of new aggression by Germany." The lawyers, whose article was quoted by Tass, said the French-German Treaty had "an openly military nature” and was aimed at outlining joint efforts by the two countries “for an aggressive war.”
