Whitburn, of the Otago club, in th* M-hole final for the Otago amateur golf title played at Balmacewen. Timms ha* now won th* ehemplonshlp four times last year he beat Whitburn tn the final. 3 and 3. Malloy, a SB-year-old Samoan, today thoroughly deserved his victory over the New Zealand representative. R R. Newdick, in the Anal of the Auckland provincial golf championship at Middlemens.
