Canterbury Wins Marist Tourney
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 15. Canterbury won the combined Marist Rugby League tournament at the Showgrounds today Canterbury beat Wellington by 20-0 in the final. In the early match, Wellington A trounced Otago 45-13. The trophy for the most outstanding player went to M. Te Ariki, of Wellington A. The most sporting player was K. Peru, Canterbury.
