It is proposed that:— (1) The term for the said Loan shall be 6 10 or 14 years with certain preference to the existing holders. (2) The rate of interest not to exceed 5J per cent, per annum for the 6 year term and 5] per cent, per annum for the 10 or 14 year terms (3) Sinking fund provision be made at a rate of not less than £5 7s 6d per cent per annum of the amount borrowed and not repaid. (4) Payment of Interest and repayment of principal to be made in New Zealand. (5) Brokerage not to exceed 1 per cent, of any amount raised. (6) The security rate to be three thousand four hundred and fifty-nine twenty-five thousandths of a penny (£.0005765) in the £ on the unimproved rateable value of property within the City.
