COMPETITION FOR LIMBO TITLE
The limbo competition held last night in the Caledonian Hall was won by Kelvin Smith, aged IS, of Wooteton His winning attempt for prize money of £25 wee Ifiin. An attempt on the official world record of 12in failed when he touched the bar at that height. A prize of £lOO was offered by the sponsors t a competitor breaking the record Thirteen young persona, including two girls, took pert More than 900 visitors saw the competition.
