Labour Party Policy
Sir, —Reading the Labour Party's remits for its coming conference, I cannot understand “Ham’s” scorn, as the remits are simply asking tor humanitarian policy, thus serving humans in a Christian manner and not placing money as the supreme god. I find no mention in New Testament teachings that human beings should place money first, or use it as an idol. It would be interesting to read the remits of other political parties for comparison, if newspapers would print them and not show “favouritism” to Labour only. —Yours, etc., REMITS FOR POLICY.
