Mathieson Mid it should be remembered that it was an offence to drive under the influence of drink of drugs, and technically any pills a driver might be taking were drugs

If a driver displayed what drugs he was taking, he might be suspect in an accident Nevertheless. Dr. Mathieson said, the system wag a good thing, and had a lot of merit.

The council decided to give the system what publicity it could.
