Baby Survives Cliff Fall

Two nurses and a wardsman followed a trail of blood to a 60-foot cliff near the Brisbane General Hospital today, and saw half-way down a baby wrapped in blankets. . An ambulance man went down in a safety belt, and recovered the child, a girl only a few hours old. Her only injuries were cuts to the face. She was saved on the fall over the cliff when the blanket around her caught in a bush. Police later questioned a 21-year-old woman in the hospital.
