Salaries are reviewed every six months during the First two years as Manager, end so you could rise to £l4OO in two years, depending on results. With experience end ability, you can rise to a salary of £2500 and above. Two thousand five hundred pounds p.a.. is not the ceiling in Woolworths salary plan and salaries in excess of this are paid in many branches of Woolworths business. TRAINING Woolworths Training Programme is a fully-planned course of instruction, and covers all aspects of retail trading. All development of Woolworths Trainees is done under the supervision of the Branch hd'anagor and top executive, and the emphasis is on practical experience.
