STOLEN CAR DAMAGED
Paintwork, Interior (NZ. Press Association) WELLINGTON. March 27. Tlie owner of a 1962 model c°r, which has been driven only 5000 miles received a shock when he finally recovered his vehicle this morning. The spotless paint work had weals all over it. the new upholstery had been hacked, and the stuffing ripped out. A glove box and ash-tray in the front had been pulled out. The hub caps, heater, and other parts had been stolen. The owner had parked his car to attend a theatre last night. When he returned the car had gone. The police located it today.
