ELECTIONS IN UNION
Investigation Bv Court (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Mar. 27 The Arbitration Court will inquire into the conduct of the recent presidential and vice-presidential elections of the Wellington Freezing Workers’ Union, the Registrar of Industrial Unions (Mr N S Woods), confirmed tonight He said he had received two applications asking for such an inquiry, and he had now notified the parties that the applications had been granted After the elections, the returning officer. Mr H. J. Allen, declared Mr M. F Flynn, of Petone, elected with a margin of 111 votes over Mr G Rivers, of Palmerston North, who. in turn, was said to have a margin of 272 over the former president. Mr A. V Brown, of Ngauranga In the vice-presidential •lection Mr A C Dellaway, of Petone. was declared elected by a margin of 25 votes over Mr F. B. Thorn, of Ngauranga.
