Right Of Appeal Allowed (N.Z. Press Association) . AUCKLAND. Mar. 26. Mr Justice Perry, in a reserved judgment at Auckland today, has upheld the right of an unsuccessful applicant for a wholesale liquor licence to appeal against the decision of the Licensing Control Commission The judgment arose from the decision of the commission in favour of the Mount Wellington Licensing Trust against Neville Alfred Mitchell. a trustee of a company to be incorporated under the proposed name of N.
