Down To Last Castle

The Duke of Manchester said today that he was down to his last castle. The family had owned four but “one of them is a convent, another is an RA.F. school and one is a Government school,'’ he said. “I still own the land around them amounting to about 14,000 acres. The only castle I own is Tanderagee in Ireland." The Duke and Duchess arrived in Sydney to meet their daughter-in-law and see their first grandchild. Their son,. Lewd Angus Montagu, of Doubie Bay, Sydney, married Mias Mary McClure, of Geelong, in 1961.
Anrari Boll.—The roll of the Araoui High School at March 1 was 773, compared with am on March 1 last year. This year’s roll comprised 423 boys and 350 girts. The school baa a sixth form this year for the first time.
