Could Make Own Supply (NX Press Ann.—Copyright) JOHANNESBURG, Mar. 18. The South African defence chief, Commandant-General Pieter Grobbelar, said tonight that South Africa could manufacture all the weapons she needed tor internal use, the Associated Press reported. He was replying to a threat made last night by Britain’s Labour Leader, Mr Harold Wilson, to impose an arms embargo against South Africa if Labour won the next General Election Addressing the Afrikaans Chamber of Commerce. General Grobbelar said some nations were trying to wreck South Africa's defenees by the “intensive exploitation of political mistrust"
