Polo LOSS OF £99 REPORTED
N.Z.P.A. Raises Subscriptions (NX Pre** AMOctatton) PALM. NORTH, March 7. For the second year in succession the New Zealand Polo Association has shown an operating loss for the year. The retiring president Mr R. Q. Mackenzie, reported at the > annual meeting in Folding ; today a loss of £99 14s 9d ; during the year ended ; January 31. He considered it would be necessary for the management committee to have a dose look at the finances in general, and also the association’s commitments. It was appment that the 1 uaoeiatioa could not expect
any increase in ite financial position until it wm favoured with * visit from an. attractive overseas team. It was agreed to increase dub affiliation fees from £3 M to £5 s*.
