The Canterbury Education Board has announced the award, of the following scholarships:—
New Zealand Farmers’ Cooperative Scholarship.— Dianne May Brown (Cashmere High School). Barclay Prize Award.— Maryeve McKenzie (Waimataitai School) and Tui M. Simpson (Kingsdown School) equal 1, Vicki A. Palmer Waimataitai School) and Christine M. Leonard (Kingsdown School) equal 3. Cowie Scholarship.—Geraldine R. White (Beckenham School), Helen M. Zimmerman (Beckenham School), Sharer M. Smith (Puaha School), Roy F. Sanders (Kirkwood Intermediate), Joy R. Algie (Kirkwood Intermediate).
R.S.A. Scholarship.—Vicki A. Palmer (Waimataitai School), Maryeve McKenzie (Waimataitai School).
