FORECAST TO MIDNIGHT Situation.—A disturbed westerly airstream flows over New Zealand. Forecast:— Nelson.—Fresh to strong westerlies outside Tasman Bay, elsewhere moderate variable winds; scattered showers this morning but becoming partly cloudy; mild temperatures. Outlook: partly cloudy. Marlborough.—Strong north-westerlies decreasing during the day; scattered showers this morning, but becoming partly cloudy; mild temperatures. Outlook: partly cloudy. Buller and Westland.—Moderate to fresh westerly winds; changeable with showers and fair periods; moderate temperatures. Outlook: showers.
