PUBLIC NOTICES CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL LAYING OF UNDERWIDTH STREET OFF HOON HAY ROAD (GRETA PLACE) IT IS HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that the Christchurch City Council at a Special Meeting held in the City Council Chamber, 194 Manchester street. Christchurch, at 8.40 p.m. on Wednesday, the 20th day of February, 1963, passed the following resolution:— "In pursuance of the powers vested in it by Section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, the Christchurch ’ City Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to permit the laying off of a street off Hoon Hay road at a width for most of its length of 50 feet through Lot 1 DIP. 12116 being Part Rural Section 382 and being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 776 Folio 46 Canterbury Registry, subject to the condition that no part of any building shall stand within 15ft of the side lines of the street." IT IS HEREBY FURTHER PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Christchurch City Council to be held in the City Council Chamber, situate as aforesaid, at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, the 20th day of March. 1963, for confirmation as a Special Order. Christchurch, at 9 pm. on Wednesday, the 20th day of February, 1963, passed the following resolution:— “In pursuance of the powers vested in it by Section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to permit the laying off of a street being the continuation of a road reserve to be dedicated as a street off Bickerton street at a width for most of its length of 60 feet through Lot 2, D.P. 14819, being Part Rural Section 5482 being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 1C Folio 764 Canterbury Registry, subject to the condition that no part of any building shall stand wtiliin 15 feet of the south-east and south-west sides of the street and 30 feet varying to 15 feet from the north-east side of the street."
