Testro Brothers Consolidated, Ltd., will hold two meetings of debenture holders and creditofs on March 5. At the first meeting creditors (including debenture holders) will be asked to appoint a management committee of .two members of the board, three ’representatives of the debenture holders and creditors, and an official manager. Board Recommends
In a circular to stockholders, the chairman (Mr Rex Testro) says the board recommends this plan. The second meeting will be held for debenture holders to decide upon a variation to the debenture trust deed to enable debenture holders in general meeting to exercise all the powers of the trustee under the deed and appoint their receiver.
