A meeting of the “West Irian Liberation Supreme Command” presided over by Dr Soekarno yesterday approved broad plans for Indonesian administration of West New Guinea after May 1. Plane were put into the hands of the Foreign Minister (Dr. Subandrio) who is co-ordinator of West New Guinea affairs and will super, vise early running of the territory after it becomes a member of the Republic.
