PREPARING FOR RETIREMENT
Seminar To Be Held
A seminar on preparation for retirement, sponsored by the adult education department of toe University of Canterbury, will be held in Christchurch in May. This was announced by Mrs W. Grant, a member of the organising committee, at a meeting of the Christchurch
branch of toe National Council of Women, last evening. A great deal of research bad been done on preparation for retirement in overseas countries, and it was agreed that the time to begin preparing for it was at 40, she said. Mrs Grant expreased toe hope that every interested organisation in toe council would send a representative to toe conference Individual persons, not associated with an organisation would also be moat welcome, Mrs Grant said.
