CORRECTION
Because two lines of type were transposed in a report of a Supreme Court case in “The Press’* yesterday on page 7, the remarks of Mr Justice Macarthur in his summing up were attributed to the counsel for the defence, Mr B. J. Drake. The last two paragraphs which appeared to have been a report of Mr Drake’s address to the jury were actually his Honour’s summing up.
